Mother's Enterprises Limited is seeking to identify suitable qualified individual to join its Accounts team as:
Accounting Clerk
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate data entry of specified accounting information in Excel and ACCPAC.
• Review and analyze inventory activities for the company’s multiple locations.
• Conduct monthly stock counts.
• Enter customer receipts and assist with billing /invoicing.
Qualifications:
• 5 CXC subjects including English, Mathematics and Accounts or CAT level 1
• At minimum 1 year experience in an Accounting department
• Working knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets
• Experience in accounts receivable and inventory would be an asset.
