Small all inclusive hotel in Negril seeks to recruit suitable candidates for the following positions:

Operations Manager

Applicant should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality management:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in hotel and hospitality management
• Proficiency in management principles/practices
• Excellent communications skills (written and oral)
• Excellent strategic planning, decision manking and coordinating skills
• Sound knowledge of Human Resource Management
• Sound knowledge Financial Management
• Sound knowledge of marketing and sales principles
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Willing to work extensive hours and weekends and holidays

Front Desk Manager/Reservations Supervisor

All applicants should have at least three (3) years experience and should possess the following skills:

• Strong, in depth knowledge and background in hospitality, and in related areas
• Excellent negotiation skills, oral and written communication skillswith a passion for sales
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and time management skills

Reservations Agent

• At least three (3) years working experience in Reservations/Front Desk
• Prior experience on how to navigate the extranet for online operators
• Experience on preparing sales contract
• Excellent sales and marketing skills
• Excellent customer service skills
