GoldenEye, locked in Oracabessa, St.Mary, a member of the Island Outpost Group, is seeking a suitably qualified individual to fill the position of:
BAR MANAGER
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the Bar Manager will have responsibility to plan, direct an oversee all bar operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency.
All applicants are required to have at minimum:
- Tertiary level qualification in related discipline from a recognized institution;
- Professional certification where required;
- Five(5) years industry and management experience;
- Computer literacy.
