Chungs Catering Services Now Hiring: Team Leaders, Chefs (Kingston, Jamaica)

Chungs Catering Services Limited is looking for:

Chefs

Minimum Requirements: 

• At least level two (2) HEART certification or equivalent
• At least three (3) years work experience in commercial food preparation
• Valid food handlers permiot
• Must be versatile and can prepare an array of dishes
• Must be flexible in working hours
• Supervisory experience would be a plus

Team Leaders

Minimum Requirements:

• Teriary level degree or diploma in Food Service Management or related filed with a minimum of two (2) years experience in management or supervision; or minimum of five (5) CXC subjects including Math and English with a minimum of four (4) years experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail business
• Valid food handlers permit
• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required
• Ability to focus on details
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
• Must have strong customer service orientation
