DNA extraction, conventional and real time PCrs, molecular cloning,gel electrophoresis, monoclonal antibodies, culturing of bacteria, Allele-specific Oligonucleotide, molecule blotting and probing.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MSc or MPhil in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology
- At least three (3) years of practical experience
