Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies, researches and resolves customer issues;
- Manages difficult or emotional customer situations;
- Responds promptly to customer needs;
- Solicits customer feedback to improve service;
- Responds to requests for service and assistance
- Maintains confidentiality; keeps emotions under control;
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clairification; responds quickly and effectivelyto customer questions
- Multitask well while speaking with the customer
- Demostrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality
- Meet productivity and sales standards; completes work in timely manner; works quickly
- Is consistently at workand on time; ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent
- Follows instructions, responds to management directions
- Takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Three (3) CXC subjects including English Language/ Call Center experience/Customer Service certificate from HEART Trust/NTA
- The ability to present a police record or receipt that police reord is in process is an asset
- Clear and concise communication skill
- Ability to build rapport over the telephone
- Data entry and basic computer skills
- Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Must be able to successfully pass crminal background check and drug screen
- MUST HAVE A VALID ID, TRN AND NIS
