Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks as required
- Develop and maintain filing system
- Coordinate, organize, manage and schedule tasks
- Research, product development, documentation and processing
- Do procurement and bidding
- Preparepayroll, statutory deductions, file GCT and Annual Returns
- Preparing reports as required
- Other tasks as required
- From time to time, will be required to work beyond regular office hours
Skills and Competencies:
- Leadership
- Organizational
- Communication: written and verbal
- Drive for results
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Scope for training,growth and learning with the company
Education, Training and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Administrative or secretarial training or certification a plus
- Minimum two to five years within an administrative role
- Basic accounting experience with knowledge of Quickbooks preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, and computer technology skills as required
