Job Summary:
Responsible for the operations of the front desk and guest services, the Front Office Agent must be able to mult-task and prioritize; as well as to possess excellent customer service and follow-up skills. Must have ability to work under pressure in a busy environment; the position requires incumbent to handle multiple areas of service in person and by telephone, ensuring quality of service and guest satisfaction.
As Front Desk Agent your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests, processing check-ins abd check-outs, manage direct reservations, provide information about activities and services to manage guest requests during their stay, answering telephone inquiries
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate resort operations and guest services for both in-house guests and visitors
- Processing bills and payments, answer requests anf inquiries via email
- Available on flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous front desk experience in a similar environment
- Proficient with technology, knowledge of Microsoft programs
