Administrative Assistant (Montego Bay, Jamaica)

Administrative Assistant needed for an educational institution in Montego Bay.

Qualifications and Experience requirements:
  • Must possess a Diploma in Business Administration or Administrational Studies or any other related field from a tertiary level institution
  • Computer literate  (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Must have knowledge in Bookkeeping and Accounts
  • Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
  • Familiarization with City and Guilds curriculum and the Career Advancement Programme (CAP) is a plus
  • Minimum of one to two (1-2) years work experience in related job field
