Summary of Responsibilities:
The individual desired to assume this position will be required to have a minimum of three (3) years prior work experience  in an office environment. Additionally, the requisite competencies of this individual include:
  1. excellent communication skills

  3. detail oriented
  4. sound knowledge of applications MS Word, MS Excel and MS Publisher
  5. strong work ethics and willingness to learn
Minimum Qualifications desired:
  • Five (5) CSEC or equivalent subjects including Mathematics, English Language, Office Administration and Information Technology
Required:
  • Verifiable experience in performing associated duties
Clerical Assistant (Actg.) (EIGS/AS1)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Five (5) CSEC subjects or equivalent subjects including Mathematics/Accounts, English Language and Office Administration
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • One (1) year related work experience
Inventory Clerk (Actg.) (EIGS/AS2)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Five (5) CSEC or equivalent subjects including Mathematics/Accounts, English Language and Office Administration
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Three (3) years related work experience
