Major Luxury & High End Departmental Store

5 Days work week (Inclusive of weekends)

Responsibilities

• Customer facing at concierge desk
• Handle customers’ enquires, feedbacks and complaints
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Handle redemption vouchers and various loyalty programmes

Requirements

Able to Multi-task and work in dynamic environment

Meticulous, honest, perform work in an accurate manner

Willing to work on weekends

Fast learner and problem solver

Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Able to communicate fluently in English
