- Two (2) CXC subjects
- Clean police record
- Minimum of two (2) references
- Proof of identifications (IDs, etc)
- Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit
- Be able to work on own initiative
- Have a keen sense for detail
- Must be physically fit as this work requires long and hard working hours
- Willing to work on shifts and weekends
